On-Site Confirmation & Pricing
Phone consultations provide helpful diagnostic price ranges based on customer-reported symptoms. Because underground pipe access, root intrusions, and internal line conditions can vary significantly, a firm, binding quote is always confirmed on site by the technician prior to commencing mechanical cleaning or jetting work.
Property Access & Safe Work Environment
The property owner or authorized representative must ensure unobstructed access to cleanout caps, fixture traps, basement areas, or crawl spaces where work is required. Technicians reserve the right to decline or postpone service if severe environmental hazards, structural instability, or uncontained electrical/chemical risks are present.
Pre-Existing Pipe Conditions & Liability
